Yes the machined dart shape depressions on the side of the lugs are an indication of the Super Record
from what I've been told the Super Record was built with slightly different tubing which gave a stiffer ride, whether this is true or not I can't confirm as I've never ridden the Record model to compare

Also note there is no mention of the oval top tube ? Perhaps a later improvement?
