I've had mine for just over a year and have tightened the adjustment screw about 1cm to keep the saddle close to its original tension. After reading the comment about thigh rubbing, I just went over to the bike and looked at the saddle: the sides of the nose do flare out significantly, but I have never experienced a problem with rubbing. I am lean, so perhaps I do not have much thigh to rub. In terms of comfort, my Titanico X is about the same as my previous Brooks Team Pro. The problem with the Brooks was that after five years of use and repeated tightening, the shape of the saddle had distorted to the point where it became quite uncomfortable. Only time will tell whether this will happen to the Selle Anatomic as well. The Selle Anatomica seems to deal with water somewhat better than the Brooks did, so I am optimistic I will get a decent life out of it. Objectively, the saddle is as comfortable as any saddle I've ever ridden and I'd happily take it on any length of tour. My next saddle will likely be another Selle Anatomica. I like the way they look and they have longer rails than Brooks.
