First thing to do is pull back the hood and find the model of shifter you have as the diagram you posted does not match the item you referenced, same 105 shifter but different models that do not interchange. If it is the parts you circled they are no longer made by Shimano and are hard to find, and if you do $$ for bits of plastic and a tiny screw. LBS old parts bins are possible sources.
