also believe that peds should walk responsibly. peds pose little risk to anyone. cyclists and, to a greater extent, motorists pose risk to other people and should be held accountable for this increased risk. strict liability works well in europe and it's high time that we instituted some of these humanizing legal protections here in the usa.
