Picked up a set of used open pros on Ultegra 6500 hubs and am looking to clean up the brake tracks and hopefully fix the peeling edges on the stickers.

What is the best way to clean up the hoops especially the brake tracks? Anyone have a technique to fix the peeling edges on the stickers?
