Yes. But some units put the Garmin low so when the arm is parallel to the ground the top of the Garmin is about even with the top of the bars - as the Nelle I had the picture of above. The arm would need to be angled way up and that would remove the extension. Some arms allow the Garmin to be mounted on top or bottom. I want the Garmin above the bars with the arm near parallel to the ground.

Another shot - I want to duplicate this.
