Most USB charged taillights are designed to simply wrap around the seatpost for easy charging, the Tubus mount is designed for (semi) permanent mounting. The Serfas Thunderbolt might fit but you might have to build up the diameter of the bar you mount it on. You can also try to rig up something like a Paul Gino if you need a vertical mount.
Maybe with an L shaped bracket I could get this to work the way I would want it.
