HG is actually a tooth profile.

ANY current Shimano/SRAM 7-9 speed cassette cog (with the possible?? exception of the smallest end cog) will work.
They will only fit on one way because the large spline is offset.

I didn't include 10 speed because there are some exceptions.

Maybe you can stop by the LBS and see if they have a loose cog to test fit?
