Is there a rear mount? Probably not but worth a shot in asking. I would much prefer a rear brake over a front just in case you jam it in a panic you are far less likely to go over the bars.
this is terrible advice. read anything about braking from any reliable source and you will see that virtually all braking power comes from the front brake.
