My FTP in 09 was pretty good, not amazing, but pretty good nonetheless. I had only been riding for 2 years at that point, so I was still gaining power due to noob gains, but likely starting to plateau. I didn't have a PM then so it's hard to say.

Right now I'm sitting at 285w/160lb. My goal is to get below 155lb and over 300w for my FTP by the time racing starts in Feb.
