A few pics of the hub and the freehub/hub socket interface would be a great help. I actually have both a 7 speed UG and 7 speed HG/UG freehub, both in as-new condition, from projects where I converted to an 8/9/10 speed freehub.

I think it was 6- and 7-speed compatible.
