I have a scrap 7-speed rear wheel coming back from Basel with me after this weekend, so it's time to start experimenting! The rim has a massive flat spot in it so it is officially going to be a parts donor.
It'll probably take quite a bit of force with the 10mm Allen wrench to loosen the old one, so do that before you remove the hub from the wheel.
