I've crept to ~200 pounds over the past two years, mainly from not riding as frequently. I haven't really ridden since July 4th! I'd like to get back to 165, my college weight. I was close to that two years ago, and I ate pretty much what I wanted when riding 5-6 hours per week. Can't put in that much time now, but maybe some regular riding and a better diet will help.
