Hi all, I am Jagg and this is my first post on this forum.

I plan on getting my first "good" bike for christmas (I am a total noob) so I started looking for a good urban bike. My use of the bike will be mainly on the streets of the city, with ocassional off-road trips.

I found two bikes that I thought would do just fine, the 2015 Trek 7.3 just because my retailer doesnt have the FX 7.4 avaliable, and the 2015 DS 8.4.

When I went visit the retailer for more info, He recommended to me to get the 2015 X-Caliber 7, because that has all the benefits from a mountain bike that a hybrid doesn´t have, plus I could get a pair of road tires and put them on the X-Caliber and having the same effect than an hybrid.

What do you guys think? Thank you for the advice.
