yea. my friend said he just got a 40ticket for blocking traffic (or something along those lines) and a 30 ticket for not having a bell.

The cop also told him that he needed to get a back brake and some other stupid things for his bike.

whats next.. we all need to get those stupid 10' orange flags for our bikes??
