Reynolds Ouzo Pro forks get a lot of positive press. I have no idea on the weight. I have had good luck with Columbus Tusk and Tusk lite forks, but they are not what one would consider light.
The full carbon Nashbar fork is claimed at something like 350g, and for $110-120 on sale, is not a bad risk. I have years on one of the versions with the aluminum steerer, and it has remained fork like throughout.
