these days i'm buying most of my new stuff off ebay from no-name chinese sellers. handlebars, brake levers, seatposts, saddles, frames, forks, hubs (well they DO have a name on them, but you get the picture). i just look for the lightest stuff. i've never had a problem with any of the merchandise or had to give negative feedback, and only one purchasing experience resulted in frustration and delay.

however, i DO prefer nice tires, like the Vittoria Evos and Conti Supersonics, and i've been known to purchase outrageously expensive titanium laced pedals and Dura-Ace drivetrain components. so there's that.
