I use Gore Windstopper gloves as well down to the 20's. They are very warm and comfortable. If it gets a bit cold I might get a very thin baselayer glove underneath
You're tougher than me. I love my Windstoppers for rides in the 40s, but much below 40 and my fingers are numb after 45 minutes or so.
