Thanks Kopsis for very detailed enlightenment. I have Bianchi Volpe with tektro oryx. I'm building a new carbon frame CX bike for very light touring, and have carbon rim for my wheels. Therefore, I'll be using appropriate brake pads. BTW what mini-Vs would you recommend that would work well with Shimano STI brake levers?
