those look like high wall rims in the pics. get a set of odyssey 2X4 brake pads. they work well on my black BFR's. is there enough room on your 3/8 chain tensioners to grind/drill it out to 14mm? if there is, you should do that and save some money. and i would take the sticker on the seat tube off
