Cool. The PACT tensioners are six bucks. XTR brake pads are $15, but the Evolver brakeset is $22. I'll have to add in postage, but which would be the better way to go? I've got some Avid Rim Wranglers, made by Kool Stop - how do those compare to the XTR?
