What 95% of the medical/dietetic world lacks in studies and general knowledge is the effect of a regular exercise program can do to boost metabolism. They surely know it is a good thing but from what I have noticed is they lack real world knowledge. And they think cardio (running, treadmill etc) is king. This is not true.
