Yeah, a couple years ago, a thousand miles a month, and better eating, got me down to 180............... Then, a few health issues, less exercise, and less healthy food choices, helped me get back up here...... I'm old, but I ain't stupid - LOL
Heck, I was even doing a thousand miles a month on "The Beast" during snowy periods.
