I would look for most any model of Bianchi Volpe up until I think '98ish when they dropped lugs. There actually was a Bianchi Randonneur model in the early/mid '80s but it was HiTen and people generally want too much for them. There was also a San Remo model from the same period that looks pretty nice. Not mane of them were lugged but you may want to check the geomentry of some of the earlier hi end hybrids like the Bianchi Boardwalk, Univega Via Montega, Via Doro and the Treks.
Using a x32 tire would very likely require a slightly more touring oriented frame to get the bigger tire.
