Bikes: No-name LH drive track. Also ride an Exxon Graftek, a Masi, a Trek R200 or a RR Boneshaker for fun!

The "beauty" (OK, don't laugh) of those Dia-Compe levers is that you can remove the hated "safety-levers" by removing the one large-head screw they pivot around.
Be sure to up your cable tension a wee bit after taking them off, should you choose to do so.
