I wouldn't disagree with this at all. I have a Serotta/Winter frameset that is state of the art.

I purchased this from the first owner and he commissioned Eric to do the following:

-New top tube
-New head lug and head tube
-Filled dents on the seat tube
- custom fork
-fender fittings
-disc brake fittings
-new powder coat with matching fenders - It rivals the work Spectrum does and Coat for that matter. imho and knowledgeable others
