Several of us are kicking around a May gravel ride in southern Minnesota, but there is no good reason not to have a Twin Cities based ride as well.
We did a C&V ride several years ago and went out the Gateway trail to Stillwater for lunch. I'd be happy to organize that one and help with a Lanesboro/Spring Valley ride as well.
...and yes, that Anderson is as nice as they come.
