Those are 20" wheels? 440 (500A) or 451's? What's standover for that? We have a "Junior Professional" with 540 tubulars, the 9 y.o. daughter was unbeatable on it. Then a framebuilder friend of ours built her this- and there's no going back: 19 mph avg for 20 miles
