My cross-check has never been in a CX race, so in that sense it is not "converted", but since it is by name a CX bike I'll post it along with the rest. Also, this pic is wearing 29x2 knobby tires that would qualify it it as Monstercross:

Since then I have abandoned the Vee V12 tires due to excessively rapid wear. I splurged on a pair of Marathon Supremes in 29x2. Still plenty of room in the front, but they just barely fit in the back.
Also it normally wears a rack, but here in SoCal I don't bother with fenders.
