I've never seen that paintjob combined with these decals before.
Judging from the bigger part of technical details (and ignoring the wheels) I agree with ca. 1967.
Strange: Simplex Criterium RD with the red plugs (

You might find a date code stamped into the RD's cage (see above/VeloBase).
Even if these Simplex Criteriums are not prone to breaking (contrary to the corresponding FD), the RD must have been replaced in the past, along with the downtube cable guide, also a later Delrin version (
http://velobase.com/ViewComponent.as...uide (Delrin)) mounted in a strangely high position on the downtube.
I wouldn't expect to find a replaced RD on a sparsely used bike.
However, beautiful PX10.
I imagine these components were upgraded. The Campagnolo hubs were considered an upgrade, so was the RD. Interesting thing is that I don't ever recall riding it! I've had it in storage for so many years and pull it out once a year to wipe the dust off. I have another PX10 with Olympic Rings. I have to say it is a very smooth and fast bike. Very impressed.
I've also wondered why the Super De luxe. The conclusion I'm arriving at, is that they were built from 62 to 67. They may have had some upgraded components.
