Capo are likely "race cut" and sized for people with slender builds. I was riding in Italy last year with some friends. Stopped a local, high end bike shop to look for clothing. One guy in our group is a M in the states and not really a large guy. He tried on a L jersey and it was WAY too tight. I am 6'2", about 210. I looked at some pro kits in XXL. Didn't even bother trying them on as I could tell they wouldn't come close to fitting.

When shopping for jerseys, look for designations of "race cut" and "club cut." The latter is more forgiving. Sometimes too forgiving.

Finally, please don't buy any jersey bearing the likeness of any current or former breakfast cereal mascot or any member(s), original or otherwise, of The Three Stooges. This summer, during a large charity ride, I saw a father-son duo wearing Spaghetti-Os and Fruit Loops jerseys, respectively. Damn near broke my heart. It may be too late for dad but, with intensive reprogramming, the kid may turn out o.k.
