I am 5'9" and about 250 lbs, and I have found the Bontrager Solstice Jersey to be the best fit overall, and decently priced. I have both the XL and the XXL in high viz, black/green, Red/Black, and white and they fit fairly well; better than some of my other jerseys. FWIW, I have a friend who is 6'5" and 220 lbs wears the same Jersey in XXL. My wife wears the women's version and really likes it.
