I've been doing P90X for a couple of months and I'm in the decent shape but still over weight.
Three weeks ago I recommitted to the Paleo lifestyle and I am happy to report that I am under 200 lbs for the first time in years.
My current goal is to be 180 lbs by March. That will make such a huge difference in the upcoming rides this season. 18 lbs to go.
Good job! That surely must translate to faster avg's and hillclimbs.
