The wheels are... (fanfare, please) Forte Titans, Performance's house brand. I bought them on sale a few years ago and they're actually not as bad as I expected. Be that as it may, since that picture was taken I've replaced them with a set of wheels I built with Velocity A23 rims laced to older Dura Ace hubs. Much better.
Using my highly precise bathroom scale, the current build weighs about 21 lbs.
