I am 6'2 and was 320 ish a few years back, when I could barely squeeze into my 3 year old Bunker gear THAT flipped the switch.
I started using My fitness pal, and walking etc.
pretty much ANYTHING you stick to will help you lose weight, Atkins, Zone, Fruitarian doesnt matter.
Some are easier to stay on than others, but by and large eat less move more works.
I wanted to be below 250 by Jan 1, looks like I will miss that by a hair.
but even the low miles I ride, when I stick to my calorie count of 1960 my weight goes down, when I slack off it quits.
