I want to say you'll be fine. It really depends on if the dimensions are correct. Considering the fact that Maxxis consideres the Ignitor to be a race tire it's dimensions might be closer to 2.2 or less (Continentals been doing stuff like that for years) I'm not positive, but it should work just fine. Kona would be better able to confirm this in my opinion as my familiarity with Maxxis products is sorely lacking.

On a side note where did you find a 2.35? I went to the Website and the biggest I saw there was a 2.1
