Biking is very popular in Seattle, and you will find aggressive drivers and bicyclists who ignore all rules and fly the bird at upset drivers. If the two shall meet, it can lead to problems. Luckily both are the exception and not the rule.
Granted, and no, having a serious health issue is not 'carte blanche' for guilt or innocence. But it still shouldn't be treated like an 'open n' shut' case.
