I have a Fuso and it is both a great ride and a really nice climber. I also bought it as a frameset, but built mine with a Croce d'Aune group that I pieced together. I love the details on your frameset, especially the Masi-esque seat stay caps--an authentic touch, considering Dave's experiance with Masi. His customs are definitely a cut above the still superb Fuso production frames, though the customizations need to fit one's own body build in order to make it a wise purchase.
