Christmas Eve I removed a seized quill stem that I've been struggling with for about a month now. I pretty much felt like Batman.

Key is to tape the whole headtube and stem up with electrical tape, fill the inside up with PB Blaster, and let it sit for a good week (or more) in a relatively cold area (preferably an outdoor shed).
