I did a quick search for C star brakes and came up with a few images, but no exploded views. However they make a number of models so I have no place to start for specific advice.

You can look at the front brakes which are probably identical, and maybe even take one apart preserving t sequence of parts. Or you can photograph your brake parts laid out together and ask the specific question about where you're lost.
