Bikes: Tsunami road bikes, Dolan DF4 track

I did three days in a row. I do the same loop, I call it the Quarry Road Loop, it's about the only loop I do when I train. It's about 15 miles and change.

I felt fresh, good, and fatigued on the three respective days.

I did 16.5, 16.6, and 16.7 mph. Wind was most powerful on Day 1, least on Day 2.

Pretty fatigued today after two all nighters looking after a sick Junior, but somehow rode faster than the other two days.

No idea what my racing will look like for 2015, no idea on much of anything, so I'm sort of training in limbo. I figure if I'm lighter and have some hours on my legs then I'll have something to work with whatever my schedule.
