Bikes: Mosaic RT-1, Trek Boone, Cervelo R3 Team, Surly Cross Check, Bike Friday Pocket Rocket

For 30-42 degrees, the Assos ij.bonka. (You can find the Airjack that the bonka replaced for cheaper; it's almost as good.) For 23-35ish, the Assos fugujack.

Expensive but the best.
