My favorite: people who ride in the bike lane until reaching an intersection, then go up onto the sidewalk, cross in or even to the right of crosswalk, onto the sidewalk on the far side, only to go back out into the bike lane. Makes me want to bang my head on the nearest car door.

Sorry about that but sometimes the bike lane vanishes and instantly becomes a right-turn only lane for traffic." is what I would say to you when I first started riding. Today I just creep over that turning lane while hand signaling left while utilizing my middle finger.
