I know some endurance motorsport racing pilots do urinate while driving, not sure why you wouldn't while riding (if it's wet). Nothing worse than getting off the bike and getting your cleats full of mud while going to the bushes.
In desert racing the smart guys wear an external cathader. The trick is to make sure the hose is not pointing into your shoe. You also have to be in the right mood to put one on.
