February is when the winds are at their worst. Rides are cold, dark, and windy. Only the die-hard commuters persist.
Bad roads - most of our ice days are in January. Usually it melts off in a day or two unless we get another Icemaggedon. It looks like a game of bumper cars out there. No thanks.
