6 days with no workouts.
Thursday through Sunday in AZ visiting family for christmas, and a stomach virus was going around. I am usually able to avoid these things, but I stayed up til 4:30 am on Saturday, and ended up sick yesterday. Still feeling a bit off today. Hopefully I'm feeling good enough to go for a ride tomorrow, and feel out if I'm gonna do the new years day hill climb.
