I think my back has healed enough to resume training. A little over a week ago I complained here about re-injuring my back; 7 days off the bike and lots of stretching/foam rolling and I'm a lot better.

Yesterday, I was able to ride z3 for an hour with a few surges,
Today I rode 3hrs at a high z2.
Tomorrow I plan on 90min of z2/3, with a couple VO2 climbs just to test the waters and wake up my body.

I'm going to continue to play it by ear for the rest of the week, and keep the total hours around 10 (was in the mid-teens pre-injury). I'm confident that I will be able to resume training as per usual next week.
