Also even if you could stick to one, a rigid schedule would suck much of the joy out of a tour IMO. Making reservations months in advance is unthinkable to me. Heck I don't like to commit hours in advance. I often don't know
where I will want to stay until I am there, let alone
when that will be. Fortunately it always seems to work out somehow.
A few times in the busiest parks we had to ask around and find someone willing to share a site.
