Well, then you can use a rear wheel with 120mm OLD (over locknut distance). Wabi makes a 120mm rear wheel with a flip flop track / single speed hub that can be used with a quick release. The 2mm difference doesn't matter with a steel frame, that can be easily squeezed together or you can cold set it.
