For dropout alignment I use two LONG 3/8" bolts locked in with nuts on all sides as pictured below. Tweak until the bolts are aligned. There are pictures there as well for the frame tweaking.

Everbody sells track nuts, (with floating washer) not hard to find. Just google "Problem Solvers Track nuts"

You can buy axle spacers direct from Wheels Manufacturing, but your LBS should be able to get them for you with ease.
